I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Information Systems Technology and Design pillar at SUTD, Singapore, where I lead the Computational Design Lab.
My research is in Computational Design, an interdisciplinary field at the intersection of computer science, engineering design, and applied mathematics. My research focuses on developing innovative computational approaches and tools to push the boundaries of how digital artifacts can be efficiently designed and physically reproduced.
My reseach group has developed and released open-source computational tools for designing various fabricable and functional digital artifacts, aiming to meet the diverse needs of people for improving their well-being and satisfaction in the real world; see my Publications and YouTube Channel for more information.
